خلع اور مبارات ایک ناقابل منسوخ طلاق ہے اور اس کے بعد دونوں میاں بیوی دوبارہ باہمی رضامندی سے حلالہ کئے بغیر شادی کرسکتے ہیں اگر وہ چاہیں تو۔ لیکن اگر بیوی کسی دوسرے مرد سے نکاح کرنا چاہتی ہے تو اس کو عدت کا دورانیہ پورا کرنا پڑے گا۔
It is pertinent to point out that "Khula" and ‘Mubarat’ operate as a single, irrevocable divorce. Even thereafter both the spouses can contract fresh marriage with mutual consent of course if they want to, without any intermediary marriage of the wife with another person as is required in the case when a husband pronounces divorce for the third time. However, Iddat shall be incumbent on the wife if she wants to contract marriage with someone else. (Saleem Ahmad v. Government of Pakistan PLD 2014 Federal Shariat Court 43)
